My Opinion About Loving South Korea (part 2)

In the last time, I have ever told that I like Korean singer, Kwon BoA. This is not means I like girl. I still normal guys. Let me tell you the first time I like BoA. Coincidentally my sister bought soundtrack of My MVP Lovers. In the cassette there are two BoA’s song, Waiting and no 1. The songs are in Korean text and without latin text. Because I like the song, I try to read it by find letter by letter with the last soundtrack (In the part 1). And then I remember that BoA sings Inuyasha soundtrack. Because I like the song, I bought the cassette. This cassette is in japanese. When I get the college, I have a lot of facility to download the songs from internet or by rent it. From this I know that BoA is korean singer. And she has some korean album. When I hear the korean song, they are as good as japanese songs. I can make conclusion that I like Korean song because of the musicality. BoA is multitalented singer. She can speak in Korean, Japan, and English. She also gather with SM Town and Anyband. Almost of her concert, she never do lip sings. She is a dancer too. But something that I very sorry, her education is off for a while. The gossip said that She will stop singing and concentration to forward her education. Beside BoA, I also like another korean singer from they songs first. For examples As one, SNSD, DBSK, Suju, etc. So, I like them not from physic ly. Many young people like boy band or singer because of the face (handsome, pretty). But I like them from the musicality first. In my place, I often listen to the radio that have oriental programme. I memorize which radio and the time. I don't know when the time can stop me to inhibit my hobby and happiness. Perhaps until I can go to Korea or someday??? I don't know. I have many collection of korean songs. I usually looking for the soundtrack of drama. There are not many friends know my hobby and happiness. I can count how many friends know about this. Perhaps under 10 people. Almost of my friends don't like the song or they have another music taste. Even though we have different type of music I hope there is no humble. I never tease someone hobby. I really appreciate with the people choice. Oh yeah, If I account my korean songs collection, perhaps more than 200 songs ( because in my computer the capacity korean songs is 2G).

My Opinion About Loving South Korea (part 1)

In the past I just know that Korea is Seoul. My eyes are open when world champion season in Korea. I don't know why, I really interest with Korea. In 2001 commercial TV station plays oriental drama. It started with japanese dorama Long vacation, and it changes with Korean serial such as All about Eve , Endless love, etc. The first time I remember I like watching drama, I also buy the soundtrack. Coincidentally the soundtrack that I have bought included with Korean and latin teks. Then I saw and tried to read it. In that time I wanted to know how many kind letter. I saw different shapes of letter. I remembered that I have song teks by BoA with Korean text and without Latin text. So, I tried to find the way to read it by saw the last teks from the soundtrack. It is not end in here, the happiness feel with Korea more and more. I often watch Korean drama. People said that Korean dramas are melancholies dramas, but I see it with another vision. A lot of lesson that I can get from the story. The expression is natural. Sometimes to show that someone is angry, the expression is not always snap and bit. The face expression is enough to describes angry person. Sometimes the story of drama including with culture and habits. This hobby becomes more and more when i get the college. I get many facilities to learn much. Even though my major is not Korean language but I have a big interest to learn Korean language. I try to learn writing and reading. I looking for various source of Korean language such as internet and books. Coincidentally until now I’m not yet get a friend to help me learn Korean language. Actually by autodidact I can read and write korean language. But I need more lesson and talk with specialist people to learn the pronunciation and the grammar. But I will always try to learn it. Many people said that Korean language is one of difficult language in the world. Korean alphabet (hangul) is fewer than Japanese language. The most difficult is learning the grammar. There are so many types of ending and the application is depends on the situation. I often come to festival or programme such as korean day id the University near my boarding house. In there I can eat Korean food and drinks. I like kimchi so much. The drinks are good and Little bit tasteless. Something that I never try is wear Korean traditional cloth (Hanbok). I really like to wear it. I think a girl that wear it usually pretty and elegant. Perhaps someday I will wear it. And someday I can go abroad to Korea. Amin.

School VS College

Do you know, there are difference between school and college life. Someone feels that college is more free better than in school. Someone feels that school is binding, someone feels school is fun. Everybody would have their own vision if they asked about this. But I have a lot of story about life which is different 180 degrees ( it must be 360 degree perhaps) between them. I have a friend, called her Mrs A. In High School this girl quiet associate, little relaxed, not really conspicuous. But she can aboard until the same place with me. She gets college with wonderful major by National test. But, who know people life. Actually in her home her father inhibited her freedom. She mightn't’t play far away and hang out in the night. Perhaps the goal is good, a daughter has to spent their time in home. When she get abroad, this girl releases that feel. In this town almost without parent’s control. Her father just can inhibit her freedom by phone or short messages. This girl don't care, she do a lot of things that she cannot do in her home. She often hangout in the night even don't go to her boarding house. She tries smoke, drink, but not for drugs. Perhaps because in the past she feels that study is parent’s order, in this town her education is break. I don't know how many class have leaved by her. And the serious problem is economic. Her parent ask her don't go home before she finish her college. The pressure make her leave her self hang out with ‘not clear’ guys. And now, I don't know the new news from her. I hope she is better and better. I have one friend, called it Mrs N. In high school she has good skills better than the other. She is principal man, clever, and everyone like her. She abroad in this town too Her major is have quiet promises. I don't know how it started, she changes. She becomes someone with no self confidence, not really fun, and almost good things in her is gone. She busier with her date. And then she falls. Me and my friends cannot help her. That is little story, example my friend’s life which is brittle when they get college. Many factors which influence in this things, best friends or economics. Even though like that, but I have friends that feels school is funnier better than college. The reason maybe when in the school they close with their parents so, they can get free life cost, or parents is someone the place to share. In the college it is very difficult to find friend like parent. Or it is very difficult to find best friends in college. College is different with school. Individuality rate is very high, interference from society is much. Beside that, emotion rate can change in a moment. Remembering that college time is adult time. Just like Britney’s song I’m not a girl not yet a woman. In college you can find close friends with certain purposes. Its very difficult to find the real friend. College time make us have to face free campus world. It is just my opinion. More over is up to you. If you ask which one i like school or college I will answer I love both of them. In school I find my real best friends who always besides me. In college even though I don't find my best friend figure but college time makes me try to control my emotion. In the college I find new things which is interesting and I never find it in school.

I Love Badminton

Bulan Mei 2008 ini sepertinya kan banyak sejarah yang di catat lagi. Tanggal 1 Mei kita sudah merayakan Hari Buruh yang disambut dengan demonstrasi di mana-mana. Keesokannya, tanggal 2 diperingati sebagai Hari Pendidikan Nasional. Tanggal 11-18 Mei, Istora Senayan Jakarta menjadi tempat perhelatan para pebulu tangkis internasional di kancah Uber Cup dan Thomas Cup. Sampai hari ini, 16 Mei 2008 Tim Putri kita sudah mencapai stadium terakhir, masuk ke Final. Di Final nanti Indonesia akan bertemu dengan China. Tim Putri Indonesia terdiri dari tunggal Maria Kristin Yulianti, Ardiyanti Firdasari, Pia Zebadiah. Sedangkan ganda terdiri dari Lilyana Natsir-Vita Marissa dan Gresya Poli-Jo Novita. Sudah 12 tahun Indonesia tidak masuk ke final. Mungkin disebabkan regenerasi pemain yang berjalan lambat. Aku paling suka gaya permainan ganda putrinya, cepat dan akurat.Aku selalu yakin mereka pasti menang. Untuk tunggal putrinya masih ada sedikit keraguan. Sampai saat ini belum ada yang menyamai Susi Susanti. Maria Kristin memang tunggal pertama dengan peringkat 25 dunia. Kemarin permainannya melawan Jerman cukup kuat meskipun akhirnya kalah. Mungkin ini hanya kurang beruntung saja, sebab sebagai pemain pertama biasanya akan bertemu pemain pertama negara lawan dengan peringkat dunia yang mungkin lebih tinggi dan lebih berpengalaman. Untuk Firda, katanya dia pemain penyerang. Beberapa tahun lalu waktu lihat Firda main, aku ragu-ragu dan akhirnya kalah. Tapi sekarang permainan lebih baik, meskipun keraguan masih ada. Untuk Pia, aku suka gaya permainanya, tenang. Over all sukses untuk tim Uber indonesia. Mari kita boyong Piala Uber untuk Indonesia. Tim Thomas juga tidak mau kalah. Hari ini mereka akan bertanding di babak semifinal.Pada tunggal ada Sony Dwi Kuncoro, Taufik Hidayat, Simon Santoso. Diantara ketiganya aku lebih yakin untuk Simon. Kalau Sony, masih agak ragu soalnya sebagai pemain pertama, lawan biasanya lebih berat. Dan ini bisa membuat kalah. Waktu mengalahkan Inggris aja, Sony menang 3 set. Tapi dia menang stamina. SO, di set ke 3 di babat habis. Di game pertamanya buat tegang. Walhasil Sony kalah 23-25 untuk game pertama. Untuk Taufik, sudah senior, banyak pengalaman. Ya kuharap lebih konsisten aja bermain, jangan meremehkan lawan. Di ganda, aku yakin pasti menang. Ada Markis Kido –Hendra Setiawan sebgai pemain pertama dengan peringkat 1 dunia. Ganda kedua ada 2, tim senior dan yuniot. Aku harap mereka semua memberikan yang terbaik untuk Indonesia. Hebat sekali kalau Piala Thomas dan Uber diboyong bersama-sama oleh negeri ini. Over all I love Badminton. Eventhough it is not my hobby. But I really like watching Badminton better than watching Soccer. Kalau nonton bola itu Cuma lama nunggu gol nya. Kalo nonton badminton 30-60 menit hasil akhir dah tahu. Saking cintanya ama badminton nih, bangsa Indonesia punya lagu kebangsaan badminton. Bagian depannya seperti ini, “ Bandminton dimana-mana di kota dan di desa....”. Mskipun bangsa kita di bilang bangsa korup, banyak demo, harga mahal tetapi masih ada yang masih kita banggakan. Budaya bangsa selalu tetap ada. Menurut Ivana Lie, Ganda putri Indonesia yang sekarang punya gaya ‘jumping smash’ yang Indonesian style. Mereka memamng berpostur tidak terlalu tinggi sehinga butuh lompatan agar smash lebih keras. Penonton di Istora senayan Jakarta juga Indonesian style. Penonton selalu bersorah pada saat permainan berlangsung. Penontonnya pun ribuan, hingga banyak yang kehabisan tiket. Yel-yel selalu berbunyi, “ Indonesia, Indonesia’. Pada reli badminton yang panjang, suara mereka menggemuruh mengikuti alunan shuttle cock. Berbeda dengan di luar negeri yang hanya bergemuruh kala nilai bertambah. Inilah citra bangsa indonesia. Indonesian style. Banyak hal baik dan buruk, tetapi kita harus mengambil positifnya saja OK.

Hemat Yuks

Hemat, dilihat dari kata-katanya berarti menyimpan sesuatu, memperkecil penggunaan, menggunakan seperlunya. Ya, kurang lebih begitu. Pemerintah mungkin sedang gencar-gencarnya melaksankan penghematan. Mulai dari hemat air, listrik, BBM, telefon. dan uang tentunya Hemat air memang harus dilakukan, mengingat ketersediaan air bersih yang makin berkurang. Di Jakarta, meskipun ada perusahaan air minum yang mengelola air untuk minum tetapi masyarakat jarang menggunakan untuk air minum. Mereka lebih banyak menggunakan airnya untuk keperluan mandi dan mencuci. Sedangkan untuk minum mereka bisanya membeli. Berbeda dengan didaerahku di Metro, khususnya ditempat tinggalku dimana air dari PDAM tidak bisa mengalir ke daerahku karena tempat tinggalku lebih tinggi. Sehingga penduduk mengandalkan air sumur, yang kalau kemarau panjang bisa kering kerontang. Beberapa tahun yang lalu pemerintah banyak menggembar-gemborkan penghematan listrik. Kantor-kantor diminta untuk mengurangi penggunaan listrik. Mungkin bagi orang-orang yang memiliki harta berlebih berfikir untuk apa hemat listrik toh masih bisa bayar. Sebenarnya bukan disitu masalahnya. Tetapi beban antara pengunaan dan ketersediaan daya listrik yang timpang bisa mengakibatkan ketidakseimbangan. Ujung-ujungnya listrik bakal padam. Kita sebenarnya harus bersyukur karena masih mendapat pasokan listrik, bagaimana dengan daerah-daerah yang sampai sekarang tidak terjangkau listrik?. Menghemat listrik itu mudah sekali. Misalnya saja untuk di rumah. Pagi hari matikan semua lampu yang tidak berguna, seperti lampu jalan, teras, taman, dapur, kamar. Cukup gunakan listrik untuk keperluan yang biasa dilakukan di pagi hari seperti untuk mencuci, setrika, lemari es, magic jar, rice cooker, dll.Saat malam hari adalah saat paling tepat untuk berhemat. Kalau rumahku sepertinya paling hebat menghemat listrik di malam hari. Jadi kalau dirumah malam hari lampu yang hidup semalaman lampu jalan, teras. Lampu kamar hanya dihidupkan kalau kita masuk kamar. Begitu keluar langusng dimatikan. Kalau semua keluarga ada di depan TV, lampu kamar mati semua, yang hidup cuma lampu ruang keluarga. Lampu dapur biasanya hidup. Saat anggota keluarga tidur, lampu dapur, ruang keluarga, kamar, dimatikan. So, mudahkan caranya berhemat. Jangan ada pula alat-alat listrik yang tidak terpakai tetapi masih dihubungkan dengan listrik. Selanjutnya BBM, ni paling sulit menurutku. Kadangkala saat bepergian jauh kebutuhan akan BBM tidak terkendali dan tidak terduga.Aku juga bingung tuh kalo disuruh hemat bensin gimana caranya.Buat yang tahu kasih tahu donk. Pemerintah berusaha mengganti minyak tanah dengan gas. Gas sendiri punya kelebihan dan kekurangan. Ibuku paling hebat kalo hemat. Di rumah ada 3 kompor. Kompor gas dipakai kalau mau masak cepet. Kompor minyak tanah dipakai kalau masak nyantai. Dan kompor kayu bakart, ini buat masak dengan durasi lama, seperti masak ketupat, atau mengukus sesuatu. Saking hematnya, gas di rumah bisa habis tiap 2/3 bulan. Minyak tanah tiap 2 bulan cuma beli 3 liter. Untuk telefon. Mungkin sekarang semua sudha pakai telefon seluler. Tarif sekarang sudah lebih murah. Nah, buat anak-anak mahasiswa ada keuntungan nih, bisa lebih hemat lagi. Ya nggak? Yang tadinya pulsa 5000 cuma untuk kira-kira 14 sms 350. Sekarang bisa untuk 50 sms Rp.99. telfonnya pun lebih murah dengan tarif yang bervariasi. So, bisa hemat untuk keperluan telefon nih. Nah, yang terakhir. Orang-orang yang nabung di bank mungkin di anggap orang yang paling hebat untuk hemat uang. Tapi koruptor bisa juga dianggap berhemat, biar uangnya nggak dipakai orang lain gitu, jadi mending disimpen sendiri. Buat anak-anak kos kudu hemat. Ortu dah kasih kepercayaan pegang duit sebulan. Karena dah tahu susahnya ngelola duit sendiri besok kalo dan jadi pejabat jangan ikut campur ama duit rakyat ye....

The review of our study tour to Surabaya-Bali

We went from our campus on 14th April at 9.00 pm. On 15th we arrived in Surabaya. We took a bath and went to Airlangga University. In this university we were visiting Veterinary faculty aand ITD (institute of tropical Disease) Centre. The building og ITD is next to Veterinary faculty. In ITD there is 8 laboratoriums. They are Hepetitis lab, leprosy, HIV, Genetic, Human Genetic, Malaria, Dengue, etc. I think it is wonderfull. The laboratory equipments are very complete. After that, we visited Wonocoyo company. This is animal feed company. The building has 11 floor. The owner of this company was school in UGM too. In the afternoon we went to Wonokoyo feed mill. We saw the process of making food composition. This company is making feed formula of fish, goat, cow, pig. Not only feed but also product from animals like sosis, corned, etc. This was the last trip in Surabaya. And then we had tio go to Bali. We left the village that has Mud from Lapindo. At 2.am we entered the ship , the wave was very high and the wind was very fast. on 16th we was check in the Hotel. At 8.00am we had to go to Building for Quarantine animals or Balai Karantina Hewan. In this place a got stomaches. And then we went to BBVet. In this place I know the job in BBVet. In the afternoon we wnet to Tanjung Benoa. This is aa beach that have water games. I and my friend choose to visited Penyu Island. It need 45 minutes to get that island. In this island I can see turtles, rangkok bird, Owl. In the evening we went to Joger shop and Kuta beach. I was very sad because we couldnot see the sunset. There was cloud cover the sun. on 17th we got full day tour. We were visit Bali traditional house in Galuh, bed Cover production house, Barong dance in Sahadewa, Mama dewi food, Sukowati art shop, and Sanur Beach. In the night we had inaguration time, remember our gathering. on 18th we got check out from hotel. We wen to reptil park. I was very sad, this place was closed because the development not very good. And then we went to Tanah Lot. This is the temple in the sea. I was very sad because the wave was very high so we couldnt entered it. yeah our trip has finish. Its time to go home.
