Vitamin and Vitamin

This two months I eats some kind of vitamins. As you know that Indonesia have a lot of medicine from nature. The scientist observe and do research to know the benefit of chemical component from the plants. If the plants have good reaction for human healthiness then they will process it as commercial products. Now I have a bottle of cumin. My mother said that cumin is good for my healthy. Cumin may improve the circulation, increase the immunity, and also make our body stronger. I usually eat one capsule cumin two times a day. Beside cumin I also have vitamin E 100mg as Natur E. I eat this two soft capsules one time a day. Woman need more vitamin E as supplement for the hair and skin. I really need vitamin E because I want to make my face lighter and softer. Vitamin E also works as antioxidant. It is good to protect from free radical. The circulation of our organs such as liver, kidney, and heart will also get improvement. In my medicine box I have vitamin C 1000mg. This vitamin is very good to increase the immunity. Same with vitamin E, vitamin C also works as antioxidant. Many people use vitamin C when they get flu and fever. Vitamin C may help the body recovery faster. But I must be careful because too much vitamin C can make intestinal irritation, scurvy. Actually vitamin C is good for the kidney. But remember that excess of vitamin C will not be absorbed by the body, it will be excreted by the kidney. So that the kidney will work so hard to make them out. And this will be dangerous for the kidney. I seldom use vitamin C as supplement, only when I get stomatitis and flu. In my work place, my boss provides one bottle of vitamin B complex. She always advices her staffs to eat one capsule vitamin B per day. Vitamin B is very good for the brain and mind. It also increases appetite and very good for nerve stimulation. I think I need this vitamin because sometime I lost my concentration. So that I decided to follow my boss instruction. Eating vitamins everyday will make the body healthier. But I just worry about hipervitaminosis, too much vitamin. I should get information about the human requirements for vitamin E, A, and C. I don't want to make new problem with vitamin. Vitamin and vitamin... they will help me to get healthy between my full schedule and activities.
